MEET RACHEL

Rachel Joy Welcher is an editor at Fathom Magazine and the author of "Blue Tarp" (Finishing Line Press, 2016) and "Two Funerals, Then Easter" (Dustlings Press, 2018). She recently received her Master of Letters in theology from The University of St. Andrews and currently lives in Glenwood, Iowa with her husband, Pastor Evan Welcher, and their dog, Frank.
